How We Work

 

Discovery Meeting

Each project starts with a no-charge initial meeting with the client at the property.

During the discovery meeting we learn about the client's personality, their style and their individual lifestyle, tastes and aspirations

 

Concept Design

In response to the client's brief a concept scheme is created for discussion.

This will be presented in the form of draft layouts showing space utilisation, any structural modifications and furniture layouts.

 

Detail Design

Once all elements in the concept design are agreed with the client, the project moves to the Detail Design and Specification stage.

Every element of the scheme is designed and specified for the client to sign-off.

 

Construction

We then prepare, for your approval, final construction drawings and documents that detail the requirements for the project.

This includes selecting and developing specifications for items such as flooring, color schemes, architectural finishes, lighting, cabinets, custom built-ins, fireplaces, staircases, countertops, stone, plumbing, etc. I coordinate our efforts with the architect, contractor and subcontractors as needed to ensure good communication and also assist you during the construction of the project to monitor progress and quality.

 

Styling

We create furniture layout options for your review, feedback and approval. As required, we visit the Denver Design Center and other showrooms and also share online resources to explore and identify options for interior furnishings, flooring, decorative lighting, fabrics, and wall and window treatments as applicable.
